Pinay maid In Kuwait attacked by Lion

Lourdes Abejuela a Filipino domestic Helper died in Kuwait, she was attacked by her employer's pet lion.
The report on "24 Oras" the lion was escaped from its cage, according to abejuela after attacked by lion she brought to the hospital.But Abejuela was immediately discharged.

Lourdes Abejuela experienced headaches days after she discharge said Abejuela's friend who had been working with the same employer for years.

This reportedly prompted Abejuela's employer to bring her back to the hospital, where she died Wednesday.

The report said investigation is ongoing to determine the Filipino woman's cause of death.

Who can't remember this beautiful lady? Alleged in-shop lift a boutique in a mall in Mandaue City last August.

 Jobelle Bascug was facing again accused of skipping payment of P2,000 at the salon.

Allegedly not paid Jobelle Bascug to the Nails Salon and cocktails at Raintree Mall in Brgy. Capitol Site, Cebu, that began at 6 pm the same day  December 4 and finished at 12 midnight.

According to the owner of the salon, Christy G. Sigvathsen, Jobelle after pedicured and manicured her nail, coloring hair and extension for her eyelashes. When Jobelle was all done Jobelle said she miss some cash and she had to run to ATM. She left her bag and she runs out.

According to Chief Inspector Wildemar Tiu Fuente Police Station Sigvathsen waiting in her salon until 1:30 am in hopes to return the suspect, who has left her bag saloon space with fewer clothes, make- up.She failed to return the suspect to the salon.

Then today, around 10 a.m. Bascug was escorted by authorities to the Asturias police station after the management of Cabo Resort, where she was staying since Dec. 8 reported her for failure to settle her bill reaching P15,000.

Asturias desk officer PO3 Victor Talimpo said Bascug was escorted by the barangay captain and barangay tanods. The owner of the resort plans to sue Bascug for estafa.

PO3 Dianne Molejon, head of Women and Children’s Desk said that Bascug had told the resort owner that she is short of cash and that her friend who is supposed to pay for the bills did not arrive.

THE HOBBIT

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (originally known as The Hobbit: There and Back Again) is an upcoming 2014 epic fantasy adventure film and the third and final installment of The Hobbit Film Trilogy. It has also been thought that there will be some sort of skirmish in the ruins of Dale involving Gandalf and Thranduil (and possibly Tauriel).

On February 28, 2013, it was confirmed there is a new release date for The Hobbit: The Battle of The Five Armies. It has been announced via press, and now mirrors the release dates of Peter Jackson's Middle-earth films, The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. The film will be released on December 12th  in the United Kingdom, and December 17, 2014 in the United States.

Hagupit ng Typhoon Ruby

MANILA - The Hawaii-based Joint Typhoon Warning Center of the US Navy has categorized "Hagupit" as a super typhoon.

In the JTWC model, Hagupit is seen heading slightly north and towards Luzon, avoiding the Yolanda-hit region of Visayas.

The Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System has also raised a red alert for Hagupit.

It said the typhoon can have a high humanitarian impact based on the maximum sustained wind speed and the affected population and their vulnerability.

The center said based on models provided by the couple ocean/atmosphere mesoscale prediction system and the gloal forecast system, Hagupit could move upward due to the weakening of the high pressure system.

But the US Weather Bureau said another model provided by the European Center for medium-range weather forecasts shows Hagupit continuing its westward track into Central Philippines.

That means the weakening of the high pressure system may not be pronounced enough to make the weather system re-curve and move towards Southern Japan.

Philippine weather officials also said they are open to adopting the supertyphoon category.

More than 2,000 chickens died

 More than 2,000 chickens died after a fire burn poultry farm in Alicia, Isabela.

In the report of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) to Alicia, who said the fire started at around five in the afternoon on Saturday.
