Caught on CCTV a ten years old boy quite drowning in one resort in Lingayen Pangasinan.
The10 yrs.old boy while he swimming he fumble his life saver until he floating on the water. After 5 minutes before someone helped to him, the young boy was lost consciousness.They observes now in the hospital the situation of te young boy.
