In Cagayan De Oro the 70-year-old Peter Nervara will charged the acts for lasciviousness
yesterday in the hall of justice of Cagayan de Oro.
After complained the 17-year-old girl that identified the name as a Flora.
Flora is a vendor but on Tuesday, her boss asked a favour to clean the rented aparment.
While Flora inside the apartment, suddenly entered Nervara inside the apartment.
Nervara is the caretaker of apartment.
According to the victim, Nervara removed her wearing and touch the delicate parts of her body.

Flora escaped to the suspect when she pushed Nervara and she ran away from the apartment and she told the police.
Nervana also denied and he told them he have heart disease so he could not cope with the accused in him.
